shamroq.ai is an Operational Compliance Intelligence Platform that helps defense contractors achieve and maintain CMMC and NIST SP 800-171 compliance faster, more affordably, and with greater confidence.

Built on the SHAMROQ framework, a decade of peer-reviewed research in regulatory compliance automation, shamroq.ai transforms complex cybersecurity requirements into actionable, audit-ready workflows. The platform combines artificial intelligence, regulatory intelligence, and continuous monitoring to automate gap assessments, generate System Security Plans (SSPs), calculate SPRS scores, identify compliance gaps, and support audit preparation.

Founded by Dr. Patrick D. Cook, a combat veteran, former Lockheed Martin and Raytheon defense engineer, Amazon Senior Technical Program Manager, and Ph.D. researcher, shamroq.ai was created to solve a growing challenge facing the Defense Industrial Base: the cost, complexity, and operational burden of compliance.

Unlike traditional consulting engagements that can cost $50,000 to $150,000 and take 12 to 24 months, shamroq.ai is designed to help small and mid-sized defense contractors become audit-ready in weeks, not years. The platform focuses on CMMC Level 2, NIST SP 800-171, and DFARS requirements while providing continuous compliance visibility through a single operational platform.

As an active SAM.gov registered business with UEI CUHNSCTKDDK7 and CAGE Code 62AQ8, Tailor Made Training & Consulting, LLC, the company behind shamroq.ai, is a Veteran-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, Minority-Owned, and Small Disadvantaged Business headquartered in Texas.

Mission:
To operationalize compliance by transforming regulatory requirements into actionable intelligence that helps organizations strengthen security, reduce risk, and maintain readiness.
