The Leasing segment pertains to the leasing operations of the Shangri-La Plaza Mall, The Enterprise Center (TEC) and their related car park operations. It also includes leasing of a portion of the Company's land to EDSA Shangri-La Hotel and Resort, Inc. (ESHRI). The Other business segment pertains to property management services and the results of operations of real estate entities and British Virgin Islands (BVI) companies. Its subsidiaries include Shangri-La Plaza Corporation, SPI Parking Services, Inc., Shang Properties Realty Corporation, EPHI Logistics Holdings, Inc. and Shang Global City Holdings, Inc.
