Greg Heard has extensive experience in the field of information technology and innovation. Greg currently holds the position of Vice President, Innovation & Technology at Shannex Incorporated since August 2023. Prior to this, Greg worked as the Director of Information Technology at Scotia Investments - A Family of Companies from November 2020 to August 2023.

Greg's career began as a Technical Consultant at Accero Inc. (formerly Cyborg Systems) in 2000, and as an IS Coordinator at Farm Boy Inc. in 1999. Greg also worked as a Network Administrator at Accero Inc. in 1998, and gained initial experience as an IS Administrator (Summer Student) at St. Lawrence Parks Commission in 1997.

Greg Heard has a diverse education history. Greg obtained a Certificate of Executive Management from Dalhousie University's Rowe School of Business in 2015. In 2007, they completed a Business Management Certificate from the same institution. Earlier, in 1998, they studied Computer Network Engineering at RCC Institute of Technology. Greg received their high school education from St Joseph's Secondary between 1992 and 1997.
