Shape is a market design strategy consulting company that gives you as a customer tools and knowledge to navigate among today's changing markets. At Shape, we combine science and business, made possible by our strong academic background and industrial experience. Our business philosophy is the opposite of a customer-centric approach, instead applying systems thinking to put companies back in the driver's seat. For too long, companies have been indoctrinated to orient their entire business towards customers and thus been disturbed by other companies in the process. A modern strategy work focuses on designing markets primarily for themselves, and secondarily for the customer. When the market design is attractive, customers follow.
