Cam McAndrew has over two decades of experience in the construction industry, currently serving as Operations Manager at SHAPE Australia since 2021, following a progression through roles from Site Manager (2010-2014), Senior Site Manager (2014-2017), and Construction Manager (2017-2021). Prior to this, Cam held the position of Carpenter/Foreman at Restwood Pty Ltd from December 2001 to March 2010.
