Kate Evans

Kate Evans is an experienced professional currently serving as the Group Executive People, Brand and Communications at SHAPE Australia since February 2009. In this role, Kate oversees business strategy, people and culture, and marketing functions. Previously, Kate held the position of Group Executive People and Culture, where responsibilities included managing various Human Resources functions such as recruitment, performance management, learning and development, and employee relations to ensure alignment with strategic business objectives. Prior to joining SHAPE, Kate worked as an Office Manager at ISIS Group Australia Pty Limited from October 2004 to July 2006. Kate holds a Diploma in Business (Human Resources) from Sydney Northern Institute, completed in 2007.
