Lorcan McCarthy has been working in the construction industry for over two decades, currently holding the title of Construction Manager at SHAPE Australia since March 2020. Prior to their current role, Lorcan worked at Buildcorp as a Senior Site Manager. Their experience also includes working as a Site Manager and Project Supervisor at various companies, where Lorcan focused on day-to-day safety management and ensuring projects were completed within budget constraints.
