André Castro

André Castro is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience, currently serving as a Senior Product Designer at Shape since February 2022, where focus is on designing systems for heavy industries that manage vast amounts of information to prevent production losses. Previously, André was a UX Designer at Personare.com.br, contributing to Brazil's largest self-knowledge portal, and served as a UX/UI Designer and Digital Marketing Analyst at WDA.AG, where complex site and system projects were developed. André's earlier roles included digital marketing consultancy at MobGeek and management at Espaço Savana Rio, along with extensive experience in educational design at UNISUAM and CEDERJ. André holds an MBA in Digital Marketing from FGV and has specialized education in Ergonomics and Usability, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design.
