William Messias

William Messias is an accomplished Engineering Manager at Shape, overseeing two dedicated squads focused on internal systems design and GHG emission reduction solutions since July 2023. Previously, as Tech Lead at Azos, William led development projects in Python and managed the MongoDB database on GCP, enhancing maintenance and risk analysis processes. With extensive experience as a Senior Software Engineer at Icatu Seguros, William was instrumental in feature development for the Private Pension area and mobile applications. William's career began as a Developer at Coppetec, where William focused on software solutions in Java. William holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidade Federal Rural do Rio de Janeiro and has pursued advanced studies, including a Postgraduate in Solution Architecture from PUC Minas and an Executive MBA in Leadership and Innovation from FGV.
