Lia Barfod

Lia Barfod has a long and varied work experience. Lia began their career in 2000 as a Sales Assistant at Føtex A/S. In 2002, they moved to Patient Library, Rigshospitalet, where they worked as an Office Clerk. In 2006, they joined GoViral ApS as a Traffic Team Leader and Seeding Manager, managing 5-20 freelance employees and coordinating and booking for all seeding countries. In 2008, they moved to goviral A/S as a Campaign Manager - Nordics and Publishing Manager - International. In 2011, they joined Shape as an Administrative Director, Operations and Finance Manager, and Project Coordinator. Finally, in 2021, they rejoined Shape Games as an Administrative Director.

Lia Barfod has a diverse educational background. Lia obtained a BSc in Business Economics from Copenhagen Business School between 2002 and 2005, followed by an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Copenhagen Business School between 2005 and 2007. In 2014, they completed a Strategic HR function course from SmartLearning in Human Resources Development. Finally, in 2015, they completed a course in Work Environment from Dansk Arbejdsgiverforening.
