Lisa Owusu

Lisa Owusu has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Lisa began their career as a Mobile App Developer at Rancard, where they implemented user interfaces, chose libraries and frameworks, developed apps, and provided technical and customer support. In 2017, they took on two roles, Executive Director at Akatuapa Limited and Software Engineer at Psyphertxt Ltd. At Akatuapa Limited, they developed user interfaces, chose libraries and frameworks, and provided technical and customer support. At Psyphertxt Ltd, they worked as a Project Manager for Android. In 2020, they took on the role of Android Engineer at XpertAI, where they collaborated with the QA team, approved Pull Requests, and collaborated with the UI/UX team. Most recently, they have been working as an Android UI/UX Engineer at Shape Games since 2021, where they work closely with UX designers, design program managers, and other engineers to implement scalable front-end solutions.

Lisa Owusu completed their Associate Android Developer certification from Google in March 2020. Lisa is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Data Science at the University of Aberdeen, which they began in 2020. Lisa previously obtained a Master of Philosophy - MPhil in Computer Science from the University of Ghana in 2018, and obtained their undergraduate degree from the same university in 2012.
