Amber Ardan is a skilled professional with extensive experience in customer care and agent relations. Currently serving as a Customer Care Representative at SHAPE since August 2022, Amber previously held multiple roles at Oakwyn Realty Ltd, including Director of Agent Relations and Office Manager, from March 2016 to August 2022. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Vivah Jewellery and working as a Sales Associate at L Brands. Amber also completed an internship at LionsGate Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities involved testing technological products and providing back office assistance. Amber holds a Bachelor's degree in Physical and Biological Anthropology from the University of Victoria and a bilingual diploma in French from Vancouver Technical Secondary.
