Jennifer Devlin is a Senior Leasing Manager at SHAPE Properties, having joined in 2025 to oversee the leasing strategy for 4.8 million square feet of mixed-use retail assets in BC and Alberta. With over a decade of experience in real estate, Jennifer previously worked with First Capital REIT, managing a portfolio of over 1.4 million square feet, and held roles at Avison Young and the Provincial Health Services Authority. Jennifer began their career in commercial real estate in 2016 and holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Victoria and a real estate license from UBC Sauder. In their free time, Jennifer enjoys trail running, reading, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
