Michael Morris is currently serving as the Vice President of Debt & Structured Finance at SHAPE Properties and the Director of Mortgage Investments at Shape Capital. With a background that includes leadership roles at CIBC, where they were recognized as the 2019 Annual Achiever in the Real Estate Finance Division, Michael has extensive experience in real estate financing across various asset classes. They also founded the Queen's Professional Real Estate Society, promoting the industry to students at Queen's University. Michael holds an MBA from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a First Class Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen's University.
