Adrián Rico

Adrián Rico has a diverse work experience in the field of instructional design and talent development. In 2012, they served as the Lead Instructional Designer at Money Adventure. From 2013 to 2014, they worked as the Pedagogical Coordinator at Centro Internacional de Innovación Educativa de Grupo Educare, where they managed educational programs and coordinated the development of interactive books. In 2016, they joined L&B Consulting Group as a Learning and Development Facilitator, where they analyzed, developed, and implemented educational solutions for various institutions and organizations. As a freelance instructional designer from 2017 to 2021, Adrián collaborated with companies such as VitalSource, Pearson, and E-meent, contributing to the design of digital educational materials and interactive learning objects. Currently, since April 2021, they hold the position of Global Talent Development Specialist at Shape Corp.

Adrián Rico's education history begins in 2008 when they started their undergraduate studies at Universidad Autónoma de Querétaro. Adrián pursued a degree in Educational Psychology and completed their studies in 2012.

In 2017, Adrián enrolled at Pacific Training Group, where they obtained a Certificate IV in Leadership and Management in 2018.

Aside from their formal education, Adrián has also obtained various certifications. In 2016, they achieved the "Fluidez de Duolingo en portugués: Intermedio (Estimado)" certification from Duolingo. In 2017, they completed the "Mentoring para el aprendizaje y desarrollo" certification from LinkedIn.

In 2018, Adrián acquired multiple certifications from LinkedIn, including "Instructional Design: Storyboarding," "The Neuroscience of Learning," and "Liderazgo con inteligencia emocional."

Most recently, in 2021, Adrián earned the "Brain-Based Elearning Design" certification from LinkedIn.
