Andreas Krasel

Andreas Krasel has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andreas began their career as an intern and bachelor student at Kärcher in 2010, where they worked on various projects. In 2012, they joined Mercedes-Benz AG for their master thesis. After completing their master's degree, they joined Voith Group in 2012 as a Process Development Engineer and later took on a role in Business Development (Aviation).

In 2018, Andreas joined NIO as a Development Engineer, working their way up to the position of Senior Development Engineer. During their time at NIO, they gained valuable experience in the automotive industry. In 2019, they transitioned to Shape Corp. as a Product Development Engineer, where they contributed to the company's projects.

Recently, Andreas took on the role of Engineering Leader Germany at Shape Corp., where they oversee engineering operations in Germany. Andreas'sexpertise and varied experience make him a valuable asset in the field of engineering and product development.

Andreas Krasel pursued their education at the Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Maschinenbau. Andreas further pursued their studies at the same university from 2010 to 2012, earning a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Leichtbau. In addition to their academic achievements, Andreas obtained a certification in Strategieentwicklung: Ein Überblick from LinkedIn in December 2020.
