Austin Bessinger

Austin Bessinger has a diverse work experience. Austin started their career as a Lifeguard and Swim Instructor at Fruitport Middle School from 2010 to 2014. Then, they worked as a Fabricator at Herman Miller in 2014 and 2015. At Fleetwood, they gained experience as a Fabricator, specializing in making custom mailboxes to dressers and more. Austin worked there for a short period in 2015. In 2016, Austin joined Magna International as an Engineer Intern, where they completed an internship until 2018. Currently, they are employed at Shape Corp. as a Test Engineer, starting in 2019.

Austin Bessinger graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Product Design and Manufacturing Engineering from Grand Valley State University in 2019. Prior to that, Austin attended Hope College from 2014 to 2016, studying Mechanical Engineering.
