Babu Harikrishnan

Babu Harikrishnan has a diverse work experience in various companies. Babu started their career as an Industrial Engineer at Panasonic Automotive in 2003 and worked there until 2005. Babu then joined Faurecia in 2010 and held multiple roles, including Division Lean Manager, Plant Manager, Logistics Manager, and Operations Manager. Babu worked at Faurecia until 2018. In 2018, they joined Piston Automotive as a Plant Manager and worked there until 2019. Currently, they are the Global Lean Director at Shape Corp., starting from June 2019.

Babu Harikrishnan completed their Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the College of Engineering, Guindy, from 1994 to 1998. Babu then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, from 2001 to 2003.
