Ed Pleet

Ed Pleet has extensive work experience in the automotive industry. Ed is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Shape Corp. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Ford Motor Company, including Chief Engineer for Vehicle structures, Global Body Structures and Architecture, and Body Exterior Integration Engineering. Ed also served as the Global Core Manager for Body Structures, Director for Asia Pacific, Africa, Europe Connected Services, and Product & Business Development Manager for Connected Services and Ford Work Solutions. Ed Pleet has a strong background in product and business development, as well as expertise in vehicle connectivity and body structure design.

Ed Pleet completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at West Virginia University from 1993 to 1997. Following this, they pursued a Master of Science in Engineering from Purdue University from 2000 to 2002.
