Ian Milan

Ian Milan has held various roles in the engineering field. Ian started their career at Magneti Marelli as a Co Op from March 2016 to October 2016. Ian then worked as an Industrial engineer co-op at Calsonic Kansei Corporation in October and November 2016. Afterwards, they joined Calsonic Kansei North America, Inc. as an Industrial Engineer from October 2016 to September 2022. Ian Milan then transitioned to 3M where they worked as a Process Engineer from October 2022 to May 2023. Currently, they are employed at Shape Corp. as a Manufacturing Engineer starting from May 2023.

Ian Milan obtained their Bachelor's degree from The University of Alabama in Huntsville, where they attended from 2012 to 2016. Ian also holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB) certification, which they obtained in July 2019 from the Six Sigma Global Institute.
