Jan Špergl has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Jan started their career as an Assembly Line Worker at Banta Global Turnkey in September 2007 and worked there until April 2008. Jan then joined Magna International as a Design Engineer in July 2008 and stayed with them until September 2014. After that, they joined KIEFEL Automotive s.r.o. as an Engineering and Design professional, where they designed single-purpose machines for the automotive industry. Jan worked there from October 2014 to February 2019. Most recently, Jan Špergl joined Shape Corp. in March 2019, initially serving as a Product Designer and later transitioning to the role of Tooling Engineer. In their current position, they manage various projects and processes in production, including prototyping, programming, and solidworks design.

Jan Špergl obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of West Bohemia, Pilsen in the period of 2001 to 2005. Jan then furthered their education and earned a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university, completing their studies from 2005 to 2007.
