Joe Ruder

Joe Ruder began their work experience in 2003 at General Motors, where they held the position of Sr Process Engineer until 2012. In 2012, they joined Shape Corp. and took on various roles, starting as a Program Manager and eventually progressing to the role of Global Director of Operational Excellence. Joe held positions such as Lead Program Manager - GM Business Unit and Sr Program Manager - US Region before transitioning to the role of Global Industrial Director. Joe Ruder's most recent position is Global Director of Operational Excellence at Shape Corp., which they started in October 2021.

Joe Ruder earned a Master's degree in Operations Management from Kettering University, which they attended from 2006 to 2013. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Wisconsin-Platteville from 1998 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree.
