Jordan Goetz

Jordan Goetz is a seasoned production leader with extensive experience in process improvement and team management. Currently serving at Shape Corp. since February 2020, Jordan previously held the role of Continuous Improvement Manager at Air Master Systems, where process enhancements and lean methodologies were emphasized. Other notable positions include Production Manager at Hemisphere Design Works, Production Supervisor at both Shape Corp. and WGS Global Services, and Brand Ambassador at 1st Phorm International, highlighting a strong background in team development and operational efficiency. Jordan holds a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the Management and Strategy Institute, attained in 2019.
