Julio Hernandez

Julio Hernandez has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. Julio started their career at MANN+HUMMEL Group as a Manufacturing Engineer in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for production and management of the Assembly Areal Personnel. Julio successfully interacted with various plant areas and met weekly production goals. After working for MANN+HUMMEL Group for six years, they joined Shape Corp. in 2012 as a Sr Molding Engineer. In this position, they were responsible for the development, improvement, standardization, and training on policies, procedures, and required tools for injection processes. Julio also played a key role in implementing new products and processes into manufacturing at Shape Corp.

Julio Hernandez obtained a degree in Ingeniero Industrial y de Mantenimiento from Universidad Interamericana del Norte. Julio also holds additional certifications including a Certificado de Yellow Belt from INTERNATIONAL LEAN SIX SIGMA obtained in November 2022, and a Master Molder 1 certification from RJG, Inc., obtained in November 2019.
