Justin Schang

Justin Schang began their work experience in 2020 as a Seasonal Sales Associate at The Home Depot. Justin stocked shelves, engaged with customers, and provided product knowledge. In 2021, they worked as a Retail Sales Associate at Walmart, helping customers and maintaining a clean work area. Justin then joined Thibault & Moore Catering in 2017 as a Catering Staff member, where they worked until 2021. In 2020, Justin also worked as a Server at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar, where they communicated with customers, took orders, and managed multiple tables. Justin gained engineering experience in 2022 as a Quality Engineering Co-Op at Mercury Marine, where they reviewed warranty claims, inspected products, and suggested process improvements. Justin's most recent position was an IPEX Global Industrial Engineering Intern at Shape Corp., starting in 2023. In this role, they learned about manufacturing techniques, assisted with projects and testing, and helped create a company equipment catalog.

Justin Schang attended Michigan Technological University from 2019 to 2024. Justin pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician.
