Michelle Percy

Michelle Percy, MBA, has extensive experience in the field of human resources and total rewards management. Michelle most recently served as the Director of Total Rewards at Shape Corp. since February 2021. In this role, they led the total rewards team and provided innovative strategies for high-quality benefits and cost savings. Prior to this, they held the position of Total Rewards Manager at Shape Corp. from September 2018 to February 2021, where they oversaw payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellbeing. Michelle also worked as a Human Resources Manager at Shape Corp. from November 2015 to September 2018, collaborating with various departments on staffing levels, compensation recommendations, and strategic initiatives.
