Pete Klahorst

Pete Klahorst is an experienced leader in the manufacturing and business development sectors, currently serving as the Managing Director of Shape Aluminum at Shape Corp. since August 2025. Prior to this role, Pete was the President of Meta Tool Technologies from October 2020 to August 2025. Pete's extensive experience at Shape Corp. includes positions as Managing Director of the Plastics Division and Director of the Diversified Products Business Unit, where responsibilities focused on global business development and sales strategy in the automotive and non-automotive industries. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations at RT London Company, Plant Manager at Shape Corp., and various roles in operations and supply chain management at companies such as Herman Miller and Johnson Controls. Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Aquinas College.
