Ross Fallot

Ross Fallot has a varied work experience in the engineering field. Ross started their career as a Manufacturing Engineering Intern at Polaris Industries in 2015. Ross then worked at Michigan Automotive Compressor, Inc. (MACI) as a Production Engineer from January 2016 to March 2020, before being promoted to Senior Production Engineer from March 2020 to August 2020. In 2021, they joined Flexible Metal as a Process Development Engineer, where they worked until November 2022. Currently, Ross Fallot is employed as a Program Engineer at Shape Corp., starting in November 2022.

Ross Fallot attended Ferris State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechanical Technology/Technician. Additionally, they earned the certification of ASQ Certified Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters in August 2021.
