Wes Gallagher

Wes Gallagher is currently a Program Manager at Shape Corp, where they oversee multiple cross-functional program teams to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction. From 2021 to 2023, they served as an Industrial Program Manager, providing operational support and managing direct reports during the product launch process. Prior to Shape Corp, Wes held various roles at Faurecia from 2017 to 2021, including Industrial Program Leader and Sales Engineer, where they managed programs and facilitated customer interactions. They began their career as a Camp Counselor at Berkshire Running Camp in 2013 and gained valuable skills in communication and leadership as a Lifeguard at Duxbury Beach Park from 2010 to 2014. Wes holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Mississippi, which they completed in 2017.
