William Guenley

William Guenley has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. William most recently worked at Shape Corp. as the APU Manager - Extrusion. Prior to that, they served as the Quality and EHS Manager at Sur-Seal, LLC., where they successfully implemented continuous improvement measures and united multiple departments. Before that, they held the position of Vice President of Engineering at LEACH GARNER CO, where they focused on expanding the business and cutting costs. William also worked as a Quality Engineer Team Lead at North American Stainless, optimizing quality processes and implementing Lean management techniques. Earlier in their career, they held roles such as Technical Manager and Plant Metallurgist/Lab Manager at Kaiser Aluminum, R&D Engineer at Materion Corporation, and Process Engineer at Academy Corp. William began their professional journey as a Student at NMT.

William Guenley attended the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology from 2003 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Engineering.
