Brian Hoffman

Brian Hoffman is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in driving revenue growth for various organizations. Currently serving as Head of Sales at Shaped since July 2025, Brian previously held several positions at ChurnZero, including Director of Sales, where responsibilities focused on empowering Customer Success teams to enhance Net Revenue Retention. Prior roles include Senior Sales Executive and Sales Executive at Fishbowl Inc., where Brian contributed to supporting over 6,000 restaurants in expanding their customer base. Furthermore, Brian's background includes working as an Account Executive at Salsa Labs, specializing in assisting non-profits in fundraising efforts, and beginning a career at Nova Biomedical as a Buyer/Planner. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of Maryland and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Melbourne.
