Siju is an experienced Human Resources professional with a diverse background spanning multiple roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at SHAQAB since August 2022, Siju has also worked as a freelance Human Resources Operations Specialist since November 2019. Previous positions include Human Resources Specialist at LBDI Holding, Human Resources Manager at IEC University and Lord's Institute of Engineering and Technology, and Human Resources Manager at KEYSTONE Group of Institutions. Siju began a career in Human Resources as an Assistant Manager at Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology from 2005 to 2010. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from the Indian School of Business Management and Administration and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Kerala.
