Shar Systems has been designing and building custom industrial mixing and processing systems in Fort Wayne, Indiana since 1950.

We engineer mixing systems around your process requirements, not the other way around. Whether you need a single custom mixer, a high-speed disperser, a jacketed process tank, or a fully automated batching system, we build it to fit your material, your plant, and your production goals, and we support it long after installation.

Our equipment is used by manufacturers in paints and coatings, inks, adhesives, chemicals, plastics, and composites, and is well suited to cosmetics and personal care manufacturing operations requiring emulsification, dispersion, and temperature-controlled processing. Other process requirements we can handle include high shear dispersion, blending, vacuum mixing, and automated batch control with recipe management and data logging.

Every system we deliver is preassembled and tested at our Fort Wayne facility before it ships. Installation, startup, operator training, and full documentation are included as standard. Our parts and service team supports equipment both new and decades old.

We have been serving manufacturers since 1950. The equipment we built in the 1970s and 1980s is still running in plants today. That is the standard we build to.

American made. Custom engineered. Supported for the long term.
