Bob Lam is the CEO & Co-Founder of ShardSecure™, Inc. Previously, Bob was the co-founder of Bayshore Networks, a leading Industrial IoT cybersecurity company. Bob held several leadership positions at Bayshore including COO, CFO, Chief Strategy Officer and Head of Partner Sales.
Even before launching his own ventures, Bob has been an influential voice and dealmaker in cybersecurity for over a decade.
He was managing partner of StrateSight Advisors and Managing Director at JP Morgan/Bear Stearns where he led the cybersecurity practice. Bob received his MBA from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Indiana University.
