Milly Liechti has a wide range of work experience in marketing and communications. Milly began their career in 2013 as a Marketing Intern at Fortnum & Mason, followed by an Internship at THE LICENSING COMPANY LTD, where they worked within the product development team. In 2014, they took on a PR Intern role at A.I. PR, representing luxury and fashion brands. In 2015, they began working at Flamingo as a Marketing and PR Intern, and was later promoted to Marketing and PR Assistant, Senior Marketing and PR Executive, and Marketing and Communications Manager. In 2020, they worked as a Luxury Brand and Marketing Consultant at Sophie Theakston Jewellery. In 2021, they began working as a Marketing Manager for SHARE Creative, and in 2022, they began working as a Marketing Manager for Capture Intelligence.

Milly Liechti completed their Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and Management at Newcastle University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they attended Wellington College from 2008 to 2011. Milly has also obtained three certifications: Pay-Per-Click (PPC) from the Institute of Data & Marketing (IDM) in October 2022; Effective Media Relations from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in June 2018; and Writing Skills for PR from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations in May 2017.
