ShARE is a societal start-up at the crossroads of education and consulting with Do Well Do Good as its mission. It has developed a leadership programme for university students to supplement their academic curriculum, and offers corporates a new way to do consulting and access top talent. Today, bright students from top universities have to choose between a “do well” career (i.e. the corporate world) and a “do good” career (i.e. the NGO world).
We believe that this dual framework is not effective anymore and a new generation of leader is needed to face the 21st century's most pressing challenges. That’s why ShARE exists: to create a new generation of leaders who will do well for themselves and do good for the world.

The Leadership Team at ShARE-UP is responsible for guiding the organization in achieving its mission of developing a new generation of leaders who excel in both the corporate and NGO worlds. Lead by the President, the team comprises various Chief Trainers specializing in Technology, Energy, Global Economy, and Urban Development. They oversee the design and execution of the leadership program, ensure curriculum relevance, and provide expert training and mentorship to university students to prepare them for tackling the 21st century's most pressing challenges.

The Network Management Team at ShARE-UP is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the various sector-specific networks within the organization. This includes managing the Global Economy, Technology, Energy, and City Networks, ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and knowledge sharing among university students and corporate partners. The team aims to foster a dynamic ecosystem where innovative ideas and solutions can thrive, supporting ShARE-UP’s mission to develop leaders who excel in both the corporate and nonprofit sectors.
