Diane Simone, M.S., PMP, CSPO, is a strategic SaaS Customer Success leader and program management executive focused on client service, product configuration, and cross-functional team collaboration. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Experience & Strategic Operations at ShareableFORMS, Diane has previously held senior roles at Warner Bros. Discovery, including Senior Project Producer and Director of Network & Global Technology Partnerships. With extensive experience in optimizing customer experience through content strategy at Chronus and as VP of Customer Success at eMentorConnect, Diane is known for exceptional relationship-building and a passion for leveraging technology to solve business challenges. Diane holds a Master of Science in Psychological Counseling from Georgia State University and a graduate degree in Organizational Leadership from the Half The Sky Leadership Institute.
