Adam M.

Adam M. has worked in the restaurant industry since 2008. Adam began as the Owner of Lazy Daisy Beverly Hills, where they were a Gold Sponsor of Horace Mann Elementary, a Beverly Hills Chamber of Commerce Member, a DoorDash Restaurant Advisory Council Member, and a California Restaurant Association Member. In 2016, they opened Lazy Daisy La Cienega Park, a satellite location specializing in off-premise orders in collaboration with the City of Beverly Hills, and supported AYSO and BHLL youth sports events with healthy food & beverage options. In 2018, Adam became the Managing Partner of Moon & Moon LLC, where they designed and built out 1,650 sq ft of restaurant space, managed property, and designed test fits for a 4 story mixed use property with luxury dwelling units, ground floor retail space, and on-site parking. In 2021, they became a Partner of Moon Advisory LLC, launching 5 restaurant locations across Los Angeles and Orange County with 3 more under development, and supplementing brick & mortars with 12 original virtual brands. Adam is currently the Restaurant Operations Manager at Sharebite, a position they began in 2022.

Adam M. attended West Windsor-Plainsboro High School South and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey-New Brunswick.
