Amanda Kool

Amanda Kool has a wealth of experience in legal and business operations. Amanda began their professional career in 2009 as a Legal Intern with the Resource Conflict Institute (RECONCILE). Amanda then worked as a Pro Bono Attorney for the Conservation Law Foundation in 2010. That same year, they began their role as an Associate at Nixon Peabody, LLP. In 2012, they began their tenure at Harvard Law School as a Lecturer on Law, Clinical Instructor, Supervising Attorney, and Attorney and Clinical Fellow for the Transactional Law Clinics. Amanda also worked as a Mentor, Presenter, and Advisor at the Harvard Innovation Labs. In 2017, they started their own venture as an Attorney, Legal Consultant, and Business Advisor. In 2019, they were hired as the Director of Legal Operations at the Commonwealth Commercialization Center (C3). In 2020, they held the roles of Vice President of Business Initiatives & Social Impact & General Counsel at Kona Ice, and Lecturer on Law at Harvard Law School. Currently, they are the Director of Legal at Sharebite, a corporate food ordering platform, where they provide expert advice and guidance on product development, intellectual property management, strategic partnerships, corporate- and restaurant-side legal agreements, compliance, privacy, safety, and risk integration. Additionally, for every transaction on Sharebite's platform, a donation is made to a food bank at the local level.

Amanda Kool received their JD from Northeastern University School of Law and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) from the University of Kentucky in Arts Administration.
