Ashley Greenan has held a variety of positions in the hospitality industry since 2011. Ashley began their career as an Assistant Manager at Crumbs Bake Shop in 2011 and then moved on to become an Assistant General Manager at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf\u00ae in 2013. From 2014 to 2021, Ashley held various roles at Marriott Hotels, including Director of Catering, Catering Manager, and Assistant Front Office Manager. In 2021, Ashley joined Sharebite as a Customer Success Associate, where they work directly with restaurant partners to resolve order-related issues, responds to customer emails and phone calls, and helps to develop strategies to support rapid team and platform growth.

Ashley Greenan attended Southern Connecticut State University from 2006 to 2007, studying Journalism. Ashley then attended Bergen Community College from 2007 to 2010, studying Hospitality Administration/Management. In September 2015, they obtained a Marriott Wedding Planner Certification from Marriott Hotels. In July 2017, they obtained a TIPS® (Training for Intervention ProcedureS) certification.
