Denis Luebke has worked in the restaurant industry since 2010. In 2012, they began as a Lead General Manager at Native Foods, where they were the only certified FOH, BOH, and Management Trainer for DC and Chicago. In 2015, they became a Store Manager at Starbucks, where they managed a high volume location while exceeding goals for labor, sales growth, and internal audits. In 2016, they were the General Manager at Naansense, managing multiple restaurant locations and helping oversee the commissary kitchen and food truck/catering business. In 2017, they opened the first Veggie Grill location in Chicago as the General Manager/Marketing Lead, representing the Veggie Grill brand through offsite events, corporate partnerships, and outreach efforts throughout the region. In 2018, they founded Freshen Up Restaurant Consulting, a consulting service to help independent restaurant owners increase profits. In 2022, they began working as a Designated Representative and Care Coordinator at Hamaspik HomeCare. Currently, they are the Manager of Restaurant Onboarding at Sharebite, leading a dedicated group of associates to provide an unparalleled setup and training experience to newly signed restaurant partners.

Denis Luebke attended Prospect High School from 2006 to 2010. In 2019, they began pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Western Governors University and is expected to graduate in 2021. In November 2022, Denis obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce. In July 2022, they also obtained the Lightning Experience Reports & Dashboards Specialist Superbadge from Salesforce.
