Ian Rushton

Ian Rushton is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in information security and architecture across various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer at Sharecare since April 2012, Ian is responsible for the information security program and oversight of IT, data, and security organizations supporting multiple data centers and office locations. Prior roles include Senior Vice President at Alere, Inc., focusing on enterprise architecture and application development, and Chief Architect positions at Vodafone and The Weather Channel Interactive. Ian's career began at IBM Software Group, where significant contributions included developing architectural best practices and solutions for high-profile projects such as the 1996 Olympic Games. Ian holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University.
