Steve Slinkard

Steve Slinkard is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in managing diverse teams and driving excellence in customer service and operational processes. Currently serving as the Director of Operations at Sharecare since February 2019, Steve oversees various teams including Biometric Screenings, Vaccinations, and Fulfillment. Previous roles include Director of Customer Care Center Operations at Sharecare, where leadership included a team focused on member service excellence, and Director of Web Operations at Healthways, a Sharecare Company, managing diverse operational teams. Earlier career experience includes positions at GE Capital as a Sales/Relationship Manager and Site Leader/Operations Manager, as well as a managerial role at Northern Telecom Finance Corporation. Steve holds a BS in Corporate Finance from the University of Delaware and further education from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee.
