Anil Kumar

Anil Kumar is an experienced software engineering professional currently serving as SDE-3 at ShareChat since October 2021. Prior to this, Anil held the position of Senior Software Developer at Bettr from January 2021 to September 2021 and worked at Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore Private Limited from July 2017 to December 2020, where contributions included mining intent from various sources and developing machine learning solutions to predict mobile device churn. Anil's early experience includes roles as Software Engineer-I and II, focusing on web server development for the MyGalaxy app and contributing to data pipeline setups for the Growth Platform. Anil also gained valuable experience as a Summer Trainee at Philips, developing a method for digitizing handwritten medical prescriptions. Anil holds a dual degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, earned between 2012 and 2017.
