Shawn Morris is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and entrepreneurship. Currently a Board Member at Shared Beginnings since December 2023 and Co-Owner at Thistle Florals since August 2022, Shawn also holds the position of Senior Manager for Entrepreneur Experience at Endeavor | Heartland since October 2021. Prior roles include Director of Replenishment at Arena, Replenishment Manager at Walmart, Director of Operations at EasyBins, and Finance and Shipping Director at Givington's. Shawn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Banking from the University of Arkansas.

We fight for the rights of first families, advocate for policy changes, protect victims of adoption trafficking, and work to ensure all families reach stability. 💜 Our mission is to empower the community to build healthy families by supporting pregnant women, first families, adoptees and adoptive families. Our vision is to humanize the legal process of adoption by raising the ethical standards across Arkansas.
