Keren Halperin

Deputy CEO & Chief of Staff at Sharegain

Keren Halperin is the current Deputy CEO & Chief of Staff at Sharegain. Prior to this, they were the Founder of Introtech Holdings LTD from January 2017 to December 2018, which introduced Israeli tech start-ups based out of Europe to VCs while creating an Israeli tech network in Europe. From January 2009 to December 2016, Ms. Halperin worked as a lawyer at the legal department of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, where they provided comprehensive legal advice to all Stock Exchange departments, successfully led a multi-disciplined team of economists, developers and analysts in several projects, promoted Regulatory changes in collaboration with the ISA, the Ministry of Finance and the Bank of Israel, oversaw debt settlements in distressed public companies, and was a member of different professional forums, including dual companies, regulations, debt settlements and others. Ms. Halperin began their career as an intern at Shibolet & Co. from January 2008 to December 2009 before becoming a Senior Trader & Product Manager at Final from January 2005 to December 2008. Ms. Halperin served as a System Manager in Unit 8200 - Israeli Intelligence Corps from December 2001 to September 2003.

Keren Halperin has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Tel Aviv University with a focus in finance. Keren also has a LL.B. from Tel Aviv University in Law and a B.A. in Economics from Tel Aviv University.

Keren Halperin reports to Boaz Yaari, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Matt Barnett - Head of Operations, Amnon Cohen - Head of Product, and Alex Panaite Fornari - General Counsel.
