Angela Bouchard Madore

Angela Bouchard Madore has worked in the talent operations and people and culture consultant fields since 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chief Talent Officer at The Steppingstone Foundation from 2004 to 2023. During that time, they also held the roles of Vice President of Programs and Talent Development, Senior Director of Support Services, and Director of Counseling Services. Before that, they were a Product Manager at Sky Media from 1997 to 2004.

Angela Bouchard Madore holds a Master of Social Work from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Southern Maine. Angela is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources from HRCI, a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and a Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute.
