Joe Viater

Joe Viater has a wealth of professional experience, having worked for seven different companies since 2013. Joe'smost recent role was as Founder and Managing Partner at Rare Life Capital from 2021. Prior to this, they were an Operating Executive at Alpine Investors from 2022, and a Vice President of Growth at Sharetec Systems from 2022. From 2016 to 2021, they worked at Eli Lilly and Company, where they held the roles of Digital Health l New Product Planning, Marketing & Sales Finance Senior Associate, and Lilly Research Labs (LRL) Finance Associate. Joe also had internships at Nielsen as an Analytics Consultant Intern from 2015, at GE Capital as a Financial Management Program (FMP) Intern from 2014, and at GE Oil & Gas as a Financial Analyst Intern from 2013.

Joe Viater attended Guerin Catholic High School, where they earned an Academic Honors Diploma with an International Baccalaureate Certificate. Joe then went on to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General at Purdue University. After that, they completed a Credential of Readiness from Harvard Business School Online in 2017. Joe Viater then returned to Purdue University - Krannert School of Management to complete a Bachelor's degree in Management & Finance. Joe is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA at Stanford University Graduate School of Business, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
