Amy Vaninetti

Amy Vaninetti has extensive experience in community engagement and organizational leadership, currently serving as the Head of Community Strategy & Growth at ShareWell since January 2022. As Co-Founder and Chief Community Builder of Awaken Society since April 2018, Amy fosters a network for women through coaching and mentorship. Previously, Amy was a Senior Conference Producer and Project Manager at Brightidea, where responsibilities included organizing a significant innovation conference. As Chief Operations Officer and Head of Global Engagement at Mama Hope, Amy expanded the organization's global projects from 2 to over 133 across multiple countries, impacting more than 730,000 lives. Additionally, Amy co-founded Global Advocates, pioneering training programs for leaders in sustainable poverty alleviation. Amy holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from the University of California, Davis.
