SharkIT is India's AI-powered, MCA-verified funding marketplace — connecting founders, MSMEs and investors on one always-on deal desk, live 24×7 instead of once a season.
The problem: Indian founders still raise the way they did twenty years ago — cold emails, warm intros, a WhatsApp forward to a cousin's investor friend. Investors, in turn, discount every self-reported number and spend weeks on diligence before they can act on a single figure. Both sides pay a tax on a trust deficit nobody designed for.
SharkIT removes that tax at the source. Financials are pulled directly from a founder's MCA (AOC-4/XBRL) filings, ownership is verified through a GST OTP, and every profile is scored by a stage-aware AI model — team and market for pre-seed, unit economics for Series A, financials for growth — benchmarked against real, same-stage peers rather than a generic rubric. Premium valuation reports are prepared with IBBI-registered valuers.
Funding runs across three rails in one marketplace: equity, working-capital loans (benchmarked to SIDBI/CGTMSE/Mudra norms), and grants (ATUFS, PM MITRA, Startup India Seed Fund). Deals move through a visible pipeline — Interested → Due Diligence → Term Sheet → Closed — with term sheets proposed and accepted in-app, and SharkIT's deal desk orchestrating close once both sides agree. Financials, KYC documents and chats are encrypted at rest and in transit.
Built by SharkMe Infotechno Private Limited, based in Ahmedabad. The platform is pre-launch, onboarding pilot partners
ahead of its App Store and Play Store release, with listings free for the early founder cohort.
For founders and MSMEs: build a verified profile once, get discovered by matching investors, every day, on whichever rail fits your stage.
For investors and family offices: skip the noise — MCA-verified financials, an AI score benchmarked against real peers, and a deal pipeline you can act on.
